CBo Territories, which achieved a turnover of 41,7 million euros (+25%) in the first half of 2023, announces net profit share of the group of 9,8 millions (+17%) over the period. Of this total, 6 million euros comes from its land activity. “CBo Territoria recorded very good results this half-year in its two businesses, comments Géraldine Neyret, general director. Our tertiary real estate sector displays excellent operational and commercial dynamics, ahead of deliveries to Mayotte which will contribute to the growth of the group's assets and rents in the coming months, and residential development remains solid”. For the real estate, tertiary projects in development at the end of June 2023 represent 106 million euros of investments. 26 million concern Mayotte, where the Ylang-Ylang shopping center in Combani will soon be delivered and where the Pôle Emploi offices will be completed in early 2024. In the meeting, several projects should be launched within twelve months, depending on the progress of their marketing. Among these, the Galabé project, within the tertiary center of Savanna, consists of two buildings for a total of 4,260 m². Work should start in the first half of 2024 for delivery at the end of 2025.
