After the first Carglass center in the Canabady area, in Saint-Pierre, open at the end of April, that of the Chaussée Royale, in Saint-Paul, followed a month later. The automobile glass replacement and repair brand arrives in Reunion, supported by the Bernard Hayot Group. A third workshop should see the light of day by the end of the year in Saint-Denis and development should continue in 2022 in other sectors of the island.
Two Carglass trucks are also in service, to reach out to customers. This mobile service is a specialty of the brand, just like the priority given to repair, with various patented processes, rather than replacement. Carglass belongs to the Belron group, of South African origin and today world leader in the sector through around ten brands. In a city, Carglass has diversified its activities by developing a range of troubleshooting and repairs for the home (electricity, plumbing, paint).
