Authentik BBQ will take advantage of the show to announce the arrival of new equipment brands. After the online store and resellers, “we decided to take the plunge by moving to a physical presence”, summarizes Caroline Lim-Marlier. Specialist in barbecues and smokers in Reunion, Authentik BBQ started in June 2023 with an online store. “Tired of not finding the equipment or quality sauces we wanted, we decided to take matters into our own hands. From this passion shared within our family was born the idea of a business that would allow us to fully experience this passion with everyone.. We searched for the best equipment, selected food products that delight our taste buds, and added our personal touch with a range of Reunion sauces, made from local products. »
French and American barbecue
Authentik BBQ raised the level of barbecue in Reunion first by importing Pit Boss equipment, company specializing in wood pellet barbecues and smokers. Electric ignition barbecues with precise temperature adjustment and control, which allows a reduced consumption of pellets (400 g for one hour of cooking at 180°C).
