Supplement to its offer on departure from Orly, Air France is preparing to strengthen its overseas service from Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle. Launched last December, connections between Roissy and the Antilles (Pointe-à-Pitre in Guadeloupe and Fort-de-France in Martinique) will see their frequencies increase from March 28, with seven flights per week from and to each of the two islands. April 2, Air France will open a service between North Paris airport and Cayenne. The first flight between Roissy and Saint-Denis is scheduled for April 6. Since then, Air France will operate seven weekly flights between Roissy and Réunion, with its Boeing 777-200 or 300 tri-class. In total, the company's Paris-Réunion flight program will increase to 14 flights per week (seven from Orly, seven from Roissy). Air France is thus showing its ambitions in the French Overseas Territories, market more than ever refuge as long as the Covid-19 epidemic remains under control in the overseas departments. And on Reunion, Air Austral is no longer the only company to land at Orly.
