Air Austral announced in mid-September the launch of a third weekly frequency between Reunion Island and Bangkok for the entire school holiday period of the next southern summer.
Offered from December 10, 2024 until January 28, 2025, this frequency will complete the usual flight schedule on Wednesdays and Saturdays and will take place every Tuesday (take off at 8 p.m. for arrival in Bangkok at 6:55 a.m. the next day). Thanks to an alignment of departure and arrival times, and its commercial partnership with the Thai Airways company, Air Austral opens connection possibilities from Bangkok to Japan, Indonesia, Hongkong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, in Malaysia,e or even South Korea
